Membership Terms of Service

These Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Focal Point membership program ("Membership", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Amel Mehenaoui, founder of MobiWebMeida, and hosted on focusintoprofits.com ("Site").

By accessing or using this website and/or subscribing to the membership, you ("Member", "you", or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or its services.

1. Subscription Overview

The Focal Point is a monthly membership offering one core content package per month, including a focused reflection topic, audio/video guidance, a digital detox challenge, and access to a private membership area. The content is accessible online via a secure membership platform from any internet-connected device.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Subscription Fees and Billing

The Membership fee is $20 USD per month.

You will be charged immediately upon subscribing and then automatically every 30 days thereafter unless and until you cancel.

All payments must be made via a valid credit or debit card through our designated payment processor.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

You will see a charge from MobiWebMedia on your payment receipt for your purchase of the Focal Point membership.

4. Cancellation Policy

We operate under an “In Once, Out Once” policy. This means:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the contact options listed on this site.

Once you cancel, your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

You will not be able to re-subscribe after cancellation. This policy is in place to maintain the continuity and integrity of the Membership community.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason once a billing cycle has begun. By subscribing, you agree and understand that all sales are final. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your next billing date.

6. Content Access

New content is released on the 15th of each month, or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday.

Content is delivered digitally via a secure membership platform, with notification sent via email.

You are responsible for maintaining access to a working email address and reliable internet connection to access the content.

7. Use of Membership Content

All content provided through the Focal Point is provided under a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license. Content is for individual use only and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or repurposed without express written consent.

Access to the content is granted via a secure, members-only area available through any standard internet-connected device. We reserve the right to change or update the format, platform, or delivery method at any time without notice.

Violation of this provision may result in termination of your subscription without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Accessibility Commitment

We are committed to making our website and membership area reasonably accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this site or membership content, please email us at amel @ focusintoprofits.com, and we will make every effort to provide assistance.

Any content hosted externally is embedded for your convenience, and your interaction with those platforms (such as YouTube or Vimeo) is governed by their respective terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, designs, trademarks, and branding related to The Focal Point and focusintoprofits.com are the intellectual property of MobiWebMedia and may not be used without express written permission.

11. Modifications to the Membership or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Membership at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. License Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to this website or the membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, misuse of content, or conduct inconsistent with the values of the membership community.

13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company, nor any of its owners, team members, or representatives, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the membership or its content. This applies even if we have been previously informed of the possibility of such damages, regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made. Furthermore, the total liability of the Company and its affiliates for any claim related to your subscription shall not exceed the amount you have paid during the current billing cycle.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirates of Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dubai, UAE.
